APS does not collect or proceed with any personal information whatsoever via its Holdover Times App (hereafter referred to as “HOT App”).
APS may collect and use technical data and related information including but not limited to technical information about your device, system and application software, and peripherals that is gathered periodically to facilitate the provision of software updates, product support, and other services related to the HOT App. APS shall only collect and proceed with this information, in a form that does not personally identify you, to improve its products or to provide services or technologies to you.
Some customized versions of the HOT app include an event log which logs the parameters entered by users to generate a holdover time. This information is only stored on the user’s device and can only be accessed from the user’s device. The only way it can be accessed off of the device is if the user elects to export this information and send it by email. This data can be permanently deleted by deleting the HOT App from the device.
By downloading or using the HOT App or by viewing, accessing or otherwise using any of the services and/or data on or derived from the HOT App, you hereby consent to the collection of the technical data and related technical information described above and understand and agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not download, view or otherwise use the services offered by this HOT App.
