S\u2019appuyant sur les recherches approfondies et la vaste exp\u00e9rience de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 en mati\u00e8re de d\u00e9givrage, l\u2019application fournit aux pilotes les plus r\u00e9centes dur\u00e9es d\u2019efficacit\u00e9 des liquides de d\u00e9givrage et d\u2019antigivrage au sol d\u2019a\u00e9ronefs ainsi que les lignes directrices qui s\u2019y rapportent, \u00e9labor\u00e9es par APS pour le compte de Transport\u00a0Canada et de la Federal Aviation Administration (FAA).<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019application de calcul des dur\u00e9es d\u2019efficacit\u00e9 pour 2020-2021 peut \u00eatre t\u00e9l\u00e9charg\u00e9e depuis l\u2019App Store \u00e0 partir de ce lien.<\/p>\n<p>Cette version, qui remplace l\u2019application de\u00a02019-2020, permet de calculer les dur\u00e9es d\u2019efficacit\u00e9 des liquides de d\u00e9givrage et d\u2019antigivrage qui seront utilis\u00e9s par les pilotes du monde entier \u00e0 l\u2019hiver\u00a02020-2021. La dur\u00e9e d\u2019efficacit\u00e9 est le d\u00e9lai calcul\u00e9 durant lequel un liquide donn\u00e9 emp\u00eachera le gel ou la glace de se former ou la neige de s\u2019accumuler sur les surfaces critiques d\u2019un a\u00e9ronef de fa\u00e7on \u00e0 ce que celui-ci puisse d\u00e9coller en toute s\u00e9curit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<h2>\u00c0 propos de l\u2019application de calcul des dur\u00e9es d\u2019efficacit\u00e9 pour\u00a02020-2021<\/h2>\n<p>L\u2019application pour appareils\u00a0iOS sur les dur\u00e9es d\u2019efficacit\u00e9 int\u00e8gre les plus r\u00e9centes donn\u00e9es de recherche pour permettre aux pilotes de d\u00e9terminer le temps dont ils disposent pour d\u00e9coller en toute s\u00e9curit\u00e9, en fonction de la temp\u00e9rature et des conditions m\u00e9t\u00e9orologiques locales et du liquide de d\u00e9givrage ou d\u2019antigivrage (ou du liquide g\u00e9n\u00e9rique) pr\u00e9cis utilis\u00e9 sur l\u2019a\u00e9ronef. Les pilotes n\u2019ont qu\u2019\u00e0 entrer les param\u00e8tres appropri\u00e9s; l\u2019application calcule la dur\u00e9e d\u2019efficacit\u00e9, affichant un compte \u00e0 rebours \u00e0 partir du d\u00e9but du d\u00e9givrage pour permettre au pilote de surveiller la progression avant le d\u00e9collage.<\/p>\n<p>Chaque fois qu\u2019un compte \u00e0 rebours de dur\u00e9e d\u2019efficacit\u00e9 d\u00e9marre, un \u00e9v\u00e9nement est cr\u00e9\u00e9, avec tous les renseignements pertinents qui s\u2019y rapportent. Les \u00e9v\u00e9nements, qui sont enregistr\u00e9s sur l\u2019appareil local, peuvent \u00eatre export\u00e9s par courriel, soit s\u00e9par\u00e9ment ou de fa\u00e7on group\u00e9e, ou encore \u00eatre supprim\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Les pilotes peuvent acheter et t\u00e9l\u00e9charger l\u2019application depuis l\u2019App\u00a0Store et l\u2019installer pour utilisation imm\u00e9diate. Bien qu\u2019elle comprenne des renseignements de formation exhaustifs, l\u2019application a \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7ue pour \u00eatre facile \u00e0 utiliser; la plupart des gens peuvent donc s\u2019en servir, m\u00eame sans formation.
